Pathway Society is a trusted nonprofit organization serving Santa Clara County since 1964, dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome the challenges of substance use and rebuild their lives with purpose and stability. With over five decades of community service, Pathway Society provides a full continuum of care that includes outpatient counseling, residential treatment, and medically supervised withdrawal management.
