Choices Life Management Services

Choices Life Management Services is a family-owned organization dedicated to helping individuals and families manage life’s challenges through compassionate, educational, and practical support. Based on the West Coast, the center offers Anger Management, Domestic Violence, and Parenting classes, all conducted online via Zoom for privacy and convenience. Whether you are court-ordered, DCFS-ordered, or voluntarily seeking personal growth, these programs are designed to promote self-awareness, accountability, and healthier communication skills.

Anger Management is one of the cornerstone programs at Choices Life Management Services. The course helps individuals understand the root causes of their anger, learn positive coping techniques, and build emotional regulation skills. Participants come from all walks of life—including professionals, parents, and community members—who recognize the importance of managing frustration in constructive ways. Through guided lessons and reflection, clients gain the tools to replace impulsive reactions with mindful responses, improving both personal and professional relationships.

In addition to anger management, the Parenting and Domestic Violence programs provide supportive, structured environments where participants can strengthen family bonds, improve communication, and foster emotional resilience. The facilitators serve as both educators and counselors, creating a safe space for honest discussion and growth. Choices Life Management Services strives to help every participant become a stronger, more confident version of themselves—ready to handle life’s challenges with patience, understanding, and respect. Classes are available in English, with Saturday sessions and Spanish-speaking support also offered.
