Omega Centre provides compassionate, affordable, and effective outpatient counseling and treatment programs designed to help individuals make lasting positive changes in their lives. As an approved provider for Lee County Probation, Pre-Trial Services, and the Southwest Florida Safety Council, the Centre offers a safe and neutral environment for clients to grow, heal, and regain control. With convenient office locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, as well as telehealth options, Omega Centre ensures accessible care for every client’s schedule and needs.

One of Omega Centre’s key specialties is Anger Management, offered through both individual and group counseling. These sessions are tailored for individuals referred by the court system or other agencies. Clients learn to identify the physical and emotional cues that lead to impulsive reactions and develop practical coping strategies for managing anger in healthier, more constructive ways. The program helps replace dysfunctional conflicts with improved communication and more satisfying relationships at home, work, and in the community.

In addition to anger management, Omega Centre provides DUI programs, substance abuse evaluations, behavioral health counseling, employee assistance programs, and grief counseling. Each service is led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who customizes treatment plans to meet the individual’s goals and compliance requirements.
