Dr. Crystal Hollenbeck provides compassionate, professional counseling services designed to help individuals, couples, and families find hope, healing, and harmony. Licensed in Florida and Virginia, Dr. Hollenbeck offers both in-person and virtual sessions to help clients overcome emotional pain, relational challenges, and life’s most difficult experiences. She is a Relationship Expert, Trauma Specialist, and Certified Anger Management Specialist who integrates evidence-based practices such as EMDR therapy, trauma recovery techniques, and intensive counseling programs to help clients heal and grow.

A significant focus of Dr. Hollenbeck’s work is Anger Management Therapy, helping individuals understand and transform unhealthy expressions of anger into constructive responses. Her approach emphasizes recognizing the triggers of anger, learning relaxation and coping techniques, and developing healthier communication and conflict-resolution skills. Through her “5 Rs” framework—Recognize, Relax, Respond, Reflect, and Relate—clients learn to process anger productively and strengthen their relationships both personally and professionally.

Dr. Hollenbeck offers individual and group anger management therapy, three-day intensives, and specialized classes for schools and corporations. She works with men, women, and adolescents to help them manage emotional reactivity, improve communication, and build self-awareness. Her programs are designed to address the underlying causes of anger—such as stress, trauma, or unresolved conflict—so that clients can achieve long-term emotional balance and healthier relationships.
