Community Life Line

Community Lifeline & Family Resource Center of East Saint Louis, Illinois, is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives and strengthening families through compassionate, comprehensive support. Founded in 2004 as an outreach of New Life Community Church, Community Lifeline serves as a vital resource hub offering programs that address the educational, emotional, and economic needs of urban youth and families. Their mission—to rebuild communities from the inside out—reflects their commitment to creating long-term, positive change through holistic approaches to personal growth and family stability.

Among their many impactful programs, Community Lifeline offers counseling and anger management services designed to help individuals develop emotional control, healthier coping skills, and improved relationships. These services empower participants to navigate conflict constructively and reduce the cycles of stress or aggression that often hinder family and community harmony. Additional programs include parenting classes, violence prevention and reduction initiatives, employment readiness training, housing support, reentry programs, and economic development opportunities.
