Encompassing Center

The Encompassing Center is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and trauma-informed care to residents of North Lawndale, East and West Garfield Park, and the Near West Side of Chicago. Established by local residents who recognized the urgent need for equitable access to behavioral health services, the Center has proudly served more than 750 individuals through personalized, high-quality support. Their mission is rooted in the belief that healing is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.
