Family Life Science Education

Family Life Science Education (FLSE) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting holistic self-care and personal growth through education, esthetics, and publishing. Founded and led by Sol Ennis-Klyczek, a Certified Family Life Educator and licensed esthetician, FLSE integrates the mind, body, and spirit into a unified approach to well-being. Each branch of FLSE’s work focuses on empowering individuals to take responsibility for their personal and relational health while fostering confidence and self-expression.

The education program emphasizes self-awareness and accountability, helping individuals develop healthier communication patterns, improve relationships, and gain emotional control. Through personalized guidance, clients learn how to identify triggers, manage reactions, and cultivate positive coping strategies—skills that are especially valuable for anger management and emotional regulation. These lessons not only strengthen personal growth but also enhance family dynamics and community connections.

In addition, the esthetics program focuses on self-presentation and self-care, offering skin care services that support both outer and inner wellness. FLSE recognizes that how we care for ourselves physically can impact how we feel emotionally. The publishing program completes the trio by helping individuals share their stories and expertise through professional publishing, turning lived experience into meaningful contribution.
