Haley’s Mind of Care Services, LLC (HMOCS) is a trusted mental health and professional training agency founded in 2008, dedicated to improving the emotional well-being of individuals and families. As a minority-owned organization, HMOCS provides compassionate and evidence-based care to clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, impulse control, and anger issues. The agency offers a full range of therapeutic services, including individual, play, family, couples, and group therapy. Through proven treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Group Therapy, clients learn to better understand their emotions, improve communication, and develop healthier coping skills.

A key area of focus for HMOCS is anger management. The agency helps individuals recognize and manage their anger and rage, equipping them with strategies to express emotions constructively and strengthen their relationships. In addition to therapeutic services, HMOCS offers professional training and continuing education workshops for mental health professionals, covering topics such as effective treatment planning, ethics, clinical documentation, adolescent depression, and social work licensure preparation.

Founded and led by Dr. E. Jean Norfleet-Haley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Clinical Psychology with more than 20 years of experience, HMOCS combines deep clinical expertise with a commitment to empowerment and education. Through its comprehensive programs, the agency fosters healing, professional growth, and emotional resilience in the individuals and communities it serves.
