Coaching for Physicians, founded by Patrick Hudson, MD, FACS, FNAMA, offers specialized one-on-one coaching exclusively for physicians and surgeons across the nation. Dr. Hudson is not only a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon but also a Board-Certified Coach and Fellow of the National Anger Management Association. His unique combination of medical, ethical, and psychological expertise allows him to guide doctors through the personal and professional challenges of modern medicine. With advanced degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Medical Ethics, he provides a holistic approach to physician development.

A key component of Dr. Hudson’s work is anger management for physicians, helping doctors address disruptive behavior, improve emotional regulation, and enhance professional relationships. His coaching also covers leadership and executive development, stress and burnout recovery, communication skills, and relationship and career transitions. Each program is fully individualized and conducted confidentially, physician-to-physician, via Zoom or in person—never in group settings.
