Rita Marie Reisinger-Novisky, LCSW-R, SAP, is a highly experienced clinical social worker and therapist with more than thirty years of expertise helping individuals address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Specializing in anger management and domestic violence intervention, she is dedicated to helping clients identify and change destructive thought and belief patterns that fuel anger and conflict. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist and Domestic Violence Specialist through the National Anger Management Association, Rita works with both offenders and victims to develop healthier coping mechanisms, emotional regulation skills, and communication strategies that promote lasting behavioral change.

Her practice also supports clients dealing with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, using a cognitive-behavioral approach that emphasizes personal strengths and practical tools for managing emotions and achieving stability. Rita collaborates with Parole, Probation, and Child Protective Services to help clients meet mandated requirements while fostering personal growth and accountability.

In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Rita is a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist and a Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), qualified to conduct evaluations and provide support for individuals in safety-sensitive positions.
