Leticia Vitucci, LMHC, P.C., provides compassionate and professional counseling dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional balance, personal growth, and lasting change. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both New York and Florida, and a Certified Anger Management Specialist-II, Leticia specializes in helping clients understand and manage anger in healthier, more productive ways. Her Anger Management Program incorporates evidence-based and clinically proven practices designed to promote self-awareness and emotional control. The program consists of 12 individualized sessions that help clients recognize how anger affects their lives, identify triggers, and develop effective coping and calming techniques to stop escalation. Participants also learn assertive communication and conflict resolution skills to foster healthier relationships. Upon completion of the program, each participant receives a letter of completion and a certificate.

Beyond anger management, Leticia also offers therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor-Master (CASAC-MA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), she uses an integrated, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, and Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused strategies.

Additionally, Leticia is approved by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) to provide Clinical Screening and Assessment services for individuals charged with or convicted of impaired driving offenses. Her mission is to provide a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting transformation.
