Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope and helping individuals break free from addiction and other serious, life-controlling challenges. Serving communities across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Montana, and Hawaii, the organization operates a wide network of long-term residential recovery programs designed to support lasting personal transformation. Their comprehensive approach focuses on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through structured residential care, discipleship, and compassionate guidance.
Programs are available for adult men and women through one-year residential recovery services, as well as specialized programming for adolescents, including a dedicated recovery program for adolescent girls. Each program is built to provide a stable, supportive environment where participants can address substance use issues alongside underlying emotional and behavioral struggles that often accompany addiction. This includes learning healthier ways to cope with stress, rebuild relationships, and manage difficult emotions such as anger, frustration, and impulsivity—challenges that frequently interfere with long-term recovery if left unaddressed.
Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest emphasizes personal responsibility, character development, and emotional growth, helping participants develop practical life skills and stronger self-control. By addressing destructive thought patterns and emotional responses, participants are better equipped to handle anger and conflict in constructive ways, supporting both personal well-being and healthier interactions with others.
With a mission centered on “Putting Hope Within Reach,” Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest welcomes individuals who are ready for change as well as those who may still feel uncertain about their next steps. Through long-term residential support, a faith-centered foundation, and a commitment to changed lives, the organization strives to help individuals move toward freedom, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose.
