Palmetto Peace of Mind, LLC is a community-focused practice dedicated to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, trauma-informed services that promote emotional wellness, stability, and personal growth. Founded in 2023 by Cathy Hall, a Licensed Master Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience, the practice was created to serve vulnerable populations across South Carolina by meeting people where they are and tailoring services to their unique needs. Drawing on extensive experience working with courts, schools, and state agencies, Palmetto Peace of Mind emphasizes collaboration, respect, and practical skill-building that improves quality of life.

A core strength of Palmetto Peace of Mind is its comprehensive anger management programming. Anger Management classes are offered in a structured 12-week group format, with private sessions available when needed. These classes help participants understand anger as a misaligned emotion, recognize unhealthy responses, and develop healthier coping strategies that support emotional regulation, accountability, and positive decision-making. Anger management principles are also thoughtfully integrated into parenting services, reinforcing self-regulation, communication, and emotional awareness within families.

In addition to anger management, Palmetto Peace of Mind provides self-regulated parenting groups, individualized parent coaching, and domestic violence and batterer’s intervention classes designed to address stress, irrational beliefs, conflict patterns, and communication skills. The practice also offers Guardian ad Litem services in probate court, working closely with families and legal systems to advocate for the safety and well-being of incapacitated adults. Across all services, Palmetto Peace of Mind remains committed to trauma-informed care, practical education, and empowering individuals and families to build healthier, more peaceful lives.
