Aguas Latino Counseling & Therapy provides compassionate, culturally responsive counseling services designed to support Latino individuals and families in navigating life’s emotional and relational challenges. With a strong emphasis on bilingual and Spanish-speaking care, this practice creates a safe and understanding environment where clients can feel truly heard, respected, and supported within the context of their cultural values and lived experiences. Services are grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping strategies.

A central focus of care is anger management, recognizing that difficulties with anger and conflict are common and often rooted in stress, trauma, relationship strain, or cultural and family pressures. Clients are guided through a personalized process to identify triggers, develop self-control strategies, and learn constructive ways to express emotions, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships at home and in the community. Anger management support is practical, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual’s needs, helping clients regain balance and confidence in their daily lives.

In addition to anger management, Aguas Latino Counseling & Therapy offers support for substance use and addiction, working not only with individuals but also with families affected by these challenges. Counseling services also address women’s issues and provide faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate spirituality into their healing journey. Therapy is offered both virtually and in person, in English and Spanish, ensuring accessible and flexible care. Through collaboration, empathy, and culturally sensitive guidance, clients are supported in creating a path toward healing, personal growth, and a healthier, more hopeful future.
