Trauma and adverse childhood experiences often play a significant role in the development of substance use disorders, toxic relationships, and other maladaptive behaviors. However, recovery is not only possible but achievable with the right support and guidance. The focus of my work is helping individuals reach their fullest potential for recovery, drawing on my extensive experience with both youth and adults, as well as families and group settings. As a DEEP Certified professional, I combine my personal recovery journey with education and professional expertise to create a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to counseling. I believe in the power of narrative therapy, which helps individuals reshape their life stories and overcome the lasting impacts of trauma and addiction. My work is grounded in creativity, humor, and a realistic outlook, aiming to provide a safe space for clients to heal, grow, and thrive.
