Ms. Polo holds an advanced degree from the University of Puerto Rico and has obtained additional degrees and studies from UNT, UTD, and ICDS. She is a licensed counselor certified in various areas including chemical dependency, trauma and PTSD, EMDR, theft behavior, SASSI interpretation and administration, DWI instruction and administration, drug offender education instruction and administration, DWI intervention and repeat offender instruction and administration, anger resolution therapy, clinical trauma, and battering and domestic violence.
