About ROSE COUNSELING CENTER

Welcome to the ROSE Counseling Center Inc., where we provide the TDLR 15-hour Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP). Our program aims to enlighten offenders about the severe consequences of illegal narcotics not only on themselves but also on their loved ones and community. According to Texas' Transportation Code, Sections 521.371-521.377, individuals convicted of misdemeanor or felony drug offenses face automatic suspension of their driver's licenses for 180 days. To regain driving privileges, completion of a TDLR-approved education program on drug abuse dangers is mandatory. Failure to comply leads to license revocation until certified proof of completion is provided.

Our program meets the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation's standards for Drug Offenders, ensuring that participants fulfill mandated requirements. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the first class to complete registration paperwork. Bring your tuition receipt, along with your Driver's License and Cause numbers.
