About TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY AEPM

Welcome to Texas State University's Alcohol and Drug Compliance Services (ADCS), where we are committed to supporting student success through a range of services designed to assist students in completing sanctions mandated by the university's Student Conduct process or municipal court. Our primary goal is to not only help students fulfill their obligations but also to equip them with the knowledge and skills to avoid similar situations in the future, ensuring compliance with alcohol and drug policies and statutes.

At ADCS, we offer several programs aimed at providing educational opportunities and experiences that promote responsible behavior and decision-making. Our services include a community service program, designed to engage students in giving back to their community, and Marijuana 101, an awareness program aimed at educating students about the risks and consequences associated with marijuana use. Additionally, we provide a state-approved MIP/Alcohol Awareness course to enhance students' understanding of alcohol-related issues and laws.

Located in the LBJ Student Center, Suite 5-8.1, our team at ADCS is dedicated to assisting students in navigating through their sanctions and providing information about available on-campus and area resources to address alcohol and drug-related concerns. Whether it's the Alcohol Education Program for Minors (AEPM), Marijuana 101 (M101), or our Community Service Program, we are here to support students on their journey towards personal development and compliance.

Moreover, ADCS now offers a Personal Development program, consisting of four sessions aimed at promoting developmental growth and wellness for students undergoing sanctions from Student Conduct and Community Standards. Additionally, our "Under the Influence" course is available for second-time offenders to meet their sanctions, providing them with valuable insights and resources.

For more information about our programs and services, please contact us at 512.245.3601 or visit us in person at the LBJ Student Center, Suite 5-8.1. Let ADCS be your partner in promoting responsible behavior and student success at Texas State University.
