About ALAMO CENTER

Welcome to Alamo Center, where our programs are designed to provide individuals with the tools and support they need to learn from their mistakes and get their lives back on track. Our classes are conducted live on Zoom, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all participants. Please note that once you pay for a class, it cannot be canceled, and refunds are not available.

Our DWI Education Program is a state-certified course that spans 12 hours and is aimed at helping DWI offenders gain a deeper understanding of alcohol and drugs and their impact on daily activities, especially driving. This program is structured to help participants identify their drinking and drug use patterns, understand Texas laws related to DWI, recognize the effects of substance abuse on human behavior and driving abilities, and explore options for assistance and support. Classes are held on Fridays from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sundays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

For those with multiple DWI offenses or alcohol/drug-related issues beyond what the first offender program addresses, we offer the DWI Intervention Program. This state-certified program lasts for 32 hours and aims to intervene in the alcohol/drug-abusing lifestyles of participants, encouraging entry into treatment where necessary and preventing further substance abuse-related problems. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including lifestyle issues, self-esteem, responsibility, the physiological and psychological effects of drugs, chemical dependency, and relapse prevention.

At Alamo Center, our goal is to provide comprehensive and effective programs that empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives and prevent future DWI behavior. Join us and take the first step towards a brighter future.
