About SPRING COUNSELING CENTER

Welcome to Spring Counseling Center, your trusted provider of the Texas Drug Offender Education Program (TDOEP). Our program is designed to offer participants a comprehensive understanding of the effects of drugs and the consequences associated with illicit substance use. Through our courses, we aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to avoid behaviors that may lead to re-offending.

Our TDOEP course is scheduled to take place during the 3rd or 4th week of each month, contingent upon having a minimum of three participants to start the program. Classes are held from Monday through Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, providing flexibility for individuals to attend outside of their regular commitments.

Rest assured, our program and instructors are certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, ensuring compliance with state standards and regulations. The TDOEP 15-hour course offered at Spring Counseling Center is a requisite program for individuals seeking to apply for a driver's license reinstatement following suspension due to a drug possession charge. Additionally, participation in this course may be mandated by the court or probation department in certain cases.
